Job Title: SCIM M365 Identity Technical Support Engineer

Requirements:
· Experience with Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra, O365, and syncing entities between On-Premises and Cloud Directories
· Experience with M365 Authentication, Access, EntraID Connect, and User/Domain management
· M365 resources management in the Admin Center Portal
· Knowledge of MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO technologies
· Troubleshooting issues related to Entra ID, ADFS, MFA, and Conditional Access
· Experience with HTTP debugging tools like Fiddler

Experience in one or more of the following areas is considered beneficial:
· Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)/M365 Authentication Protocols (Kerberos, OAuth, SSO, SAML, etc.)
· Experience in troubleshooting authentication issues with M365 Suite (Web and Desktop applications)
· Familiarity with authentication protocols such as OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML, WS-Fed, Kerberos, etc

Additional preferred Qualifications:
· Microsoft Technology Certifications

Language Qualification:
· English: Fluent in reading, writing and speaking

Sobre o Projeto:

Estamos a iniciar uma iniciativa de transformação digital em larga escala, centrada na modernização de sistemas empresariais com tecnologias Microsoft. Este projeto de 3 anos envolve o desenvolvimento de aplicações escaláveis, seguras e de elevado desempenho, para utilização interna e externa.

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Conceber, desenvolver e manter aplicações web utilizando C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core e JavaScript/AngularJS

• Integrar e gerir soluções SharePoint 2019

• Configurar e manter o IIS para deployment de aplicações

• Colaborar com equipas multifuncionais na definição, conceção e entrega de novas funcionalidades

• Escrever código limpo e sustentável, seguindo boas práticas com Git

• Desenvolver e otimizar consultas SQL e procedimentos armazenados em Microsoft SQL Server

• Resolver problemas, depurar e atualizar sistemas existentes

• Participar em revisões de código e contribuir para a partilha de conhecimento dentro da equipa

• Produzir documentação técnica clara sobre funcionalidades, fluxos operacionais e procedimentos de resolução de incidentes relacionados com soluções geridas pela DSI

• Aplicar conhecimentos técnicos e pensamento crítico para propor melhorias de código que aumentem a performance das soluções atuais e futuras
